1. Purpose and Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped by STEVE RUNGE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including standard products, supplier-fulfilled items, returns, and exchanges. We are committed to providing safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

2.1 We partner only with logistics providers holding valid operating licenses and adhering to all applicable national and international laws and regulations.
2.2 Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, coverage area, and cost-effectiveness for the specific shipment.
3. Shipping Methods & Destinations
3.1 Standard Areas (Continental US): Shipments are typically fulfilled via carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
3.2 Remote/Difficult to Access Areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Rural Areas): Shipments may be fulfilled via USPS, specialized carriers, or may incur additional surcharges or longer transit times. Specific methods will be determined at checkout or order processing.
3.3 International Destinations: Shipments are fulfilled via international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or national postal services. Delivery times and costs vary significantly by destination.
3.4 Special Items: High-value, fragile, oversized, perishable, or regulated items may require specific shipping methods or carriers (e.g., signature confirmation, expedited service, specialized packaging). Requirements will be noted on the product page or communicated during processing.
4. Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
4.1 Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
4.2 Product-Specific Timelines: Items marked “Ships within X days” (e.g., “Ships within 3-5 business days,” “Pre-order,” “Made to Order”) will follow the timeframe stated on the product page. Processing time begins afterpayment confirmation.
4.3 Transit Time: Transit time begins once the carrier scans the package. Estimated delivery windows provided at checkout or via carrier tracking are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times vary based on destination, service level selected (if applicable), and carrier performance.
4.4 Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (carrier delays, weather, customs, etc.) can occur. See Section 9 (Force Majeure).
5. Shipping Fees
5.1 Domestic (Continental US):

5.2 International:
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, and selected service level (if options are available). The exact cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to STEVE RUNGE LLC. Payment of these charges is necessary for the release of your shipment by local customs authorities.
6. Return & Exchange Shipping Responsibilities
6.1 Our Error (Defective, Wrong Item): If you receive a defective product or the incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost to ship the replacement or corrected item.
6.2 Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges: For returns or exchanges initiated by the customer (e.g., change of mind, size exchange) within our specified return window (please refer to our [Link to Return Policy]), and where the item is unused, in its original condition, and complies with our return policy:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.
We will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item (if applicable).
6.3 Refused/Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the recipient or is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping/restocking fees incurred by STEVE RUNGE LLC.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
Ownership (title) and risk of loss or damage for the products you order pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier for shipment. Once the carrier scans the package and takes possession, responsibility for the package in transit lies with the carrier.
8. Prohibited & Restricted Items
We strictly comply with all applicable US and international laws and regulations, as well as carrier restrictions, regarding prohibited and restricted items. This includes, but is not limited to, hazardous materials, certain liquids, batteries, weapons, and controlled substances. Customers are responsible for ensuring any items they order comply with all laws and regulations applicable to their location. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any item we deem restricted or prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
STEVE RUNGE LLC shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires), acts of war or terrorism, pandemics/epidemics, government actions or restrictions, labor disputes, severe weather events, or significant disruptions in carrier networks.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
